Description:

This unique building is stand-alone facility for American Airlines storage at the 3E Terminal facility.  JMA Architects interfaced regularly with the DFW Airport Board Officials, American Airlines staff, and was responsible for direct coordination with the DFW Board Tunnel Contract. All of the work was completed utilizing a twenty-four (24) hour/day contract in the secure area of the apron.

The industry building is unique because of the specialized storage systems on the interior. Heavy traffic demands, twenty-four (24) hour a day operations and very specialized storage criteria required a unique solution.  With “super flat” concrete floor systems, conveyors, special fire presentation equipment and computer automated systems; this building is truly a state of the art “high tech” solution.
