Responsible for the marketing, management, and oversight efforts of JMA Johnson LLC, Sheron handles all business and financial matters with enact focus. Her proven accomplishments can be found throughout various local and state-wide program development start-ups, program and project implementation plans and numerous volunteer initiatives.

Prior to joining JMA Johnson, LLC, Sheron lent her time to service in the realms of life coaching, health and educational wellness and training resources for businesses, schools, churches, and individuals alike, seeking assistance in tumultuous environments. Her experience as a private practice owner, professional work coach, behavioral researcher and program administrator are well established in the State of Texas in addition to several state-wide advisory councils and initiatives.
